About
Who's behind WorkRegimen
WorkRegimen is written and published by one person, not a company, not a content farm, and not a team of credentialed experts. I sit at a desk for most of my working hours, like most of the people reading this, and I got tired of health advice that assumes you have three spare hours and a chef.
So I started researching and writing up the small, specific things that come up again and again for a body that sits most of the day: the two-minute resets, the food swaps that don't need discipline, the desk tweaks that quietly fix a nagging ache. Each post here answers one real question, as directly and honestly as I can.
I am not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or certified trainer. Everything here is desk research: reading widely across publicly available sources and writing up what holds together, in plain language. Nothing on this site has been clinically tested, trialled, or personally verified, and none of it is a guarantee that something will work for you. Please read the full disclaimer before making any change based on something you read here, and talk to a real professional for anything specific to your own health.
There are no ads, no accounts, and no tracking on this site (see the privacy policy). It exists because I wanted it to exist, and because writing it down has made me more consistent about the things I already believed mattered.
If something here is unclear, wrong, or could be better, I would like to hear about it. You can reach me at hello@workregimen.com.
